Translation of letter
Dear host family,
I'll be coming to Playa del Carmen on ..... (date). My flight arrives
in Cancun at ..... (time) so I expect to be at your house by .....
(time)
Yours,
..... (Student's name)
Arrival Students arriving
on the Sunday before the course begins should make their own way to
their host family (unless a transfer has been requested). When bookings
are confirmed, we will send the host family address to the student.
Informing your family Families should be informed
of the student's travel arrangements and estimated time of arrival;
this way the family won't have to wait at home unnecessarily, and the
student won’t have to wait on the street.
Students who already speak some Spanish can of course give this information
over the phone.
Please note Students must also let the school know
their estimated arrival time just in case the message to the family
doesn't arrive.
