Enrolment on your Spanish course
Enrolment
The easiest way to book a course at IH Riviera Maya is to enrol online. Simply click the 'Online application' link on the right of this page.
Alternatively, you can download the application form (by clicking the other link on the right) and send it to us.
IH Riviera Maya is a joint venture with IH Barcelona so enrolments can be sent to either IH Riviera Maya or IH Barcelona.
All enrolments should be accompanied by a deposit of 220 US$.
Payment
Payment in US$ can be made with total security online, by bank transfer, by
sending us your credit card details, or by cheque.
Note that the deposit is not a separate registration fee, and is part the total cost of your course. There is no registration fee for our courses.
Cheques in American dollars should be made payable to International House and
sent to the school address (see below, right) either in Playa del Carmen or
Barcelona.
Bank transfers in US$ can either be made to our bank account in Mexico or Barcelona.

Cancellations
Where a cancellation is received 10 days or more before the course is due to start, the deposit is refunded less 120 US$ for expenses.
For cancellations received with less than 10 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Once the course has started, the cost of the entire programme (course and accommodation) is non refundable.
Under exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the school Director, a student's unused fees can be held on account for up to 12 months. In other words, the unused fees (not including the first week's course & accommodation fees which act as the cancellation fee) can be used to study at any of the VIVA Group schools for up to a maximum of 12 months after the cancellation date.
Please note: We recommend all students take out a course cancellation insurance policy to protect them against such an incident.
