New student residence in Playa del Carmen
Our new, purpose-built student residence is located in the centre of Playa del Carmen, in a very quiet street, beside the town's main church and just two blocks (a 5-minute walk) from the school.
The residence has three floors and a basement. The ground floor has the reception area, an office, the kitchen and 5 bedrooms; there are a further 10 bedrooms on the first floor and the second floor has 6 bedrooms and four terraces. Laundry facilities and storage are housed in the basement. All 21 bedrooms have twin beds and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Bedrooms also have a desk, a TV, ceiling fans and air-conditioning, as well as a small fridge.
Rooms can be booked for individual use or be shared with other students -- but note that shared rooms are for couples and friends coming together.
You can choose between bed and breakfast and half board (evening meal). Note that meals are served in the school, not in the residence itself. If you prefer, you can have the "no meals" option, in which case you can use the fully-equipped kitchen in the residence.
Prices
Per night, for stays of 27 or more nights:
- Single room, no meals: 30 US$
- Single room, with breakfast: 35 US$
- Single room, with half board: 45 US$
- Shared room, no meals: 20 US$
- Shared room, with breakfast: 25 US$
- Shared room, with half board: 35 US$
For stays of under 27 nights, the following prices apply:
- Single room, no meals: 33 US$
- Single room, with breakfast: 38 US$
- Single room, with half board: 48 US$
- Shared room, no meals: 23 US$
- Shared room, with breakfast: 28 US$
- Shared room, with half board: 38 US$
Prices quoted for shared rooms are per person.
